RED or BLUE — does it even matter anymore?
Honestly? At this point, it feels like choosing between red and blue is as pointless as choosing between two pills in a movie that forgot to hand me my script.
I wish this whole mess were as simple as swallowing a pill and waking up enlightened, but the truth is:
What’s happening behind the scenes feels like a mix of The Matrix and Alice in Wonderland — except darker, and I’m the one falling through the rabbit hole without a parachute.
My story doesn’t start in 2020.
It doesn’t start with the Election Board.
It doesn’t even start with politics.
It goes all the way back to childhood, when one of my first friends was the daughter of former Republican Chair Russ Willis — a man whose endorsements I trusted for over 20 years. I voted for people because he vouched for them. I believed the Party I served believed in me, too.
Turns out?
They didn’t give two poops about me.
Not after what happened in Hodson vs. Kapuscinski.
That was the moment the curtain got ripped open.
2020 hit me like a triple disaster:

COVID-19
-
My local politician-neighbor suing me during lockdown
-
My mother getting sick again — water contamination, liver toxicity, the kind of stuff that should wake any normal person up to how government failures hit real families.
I don’t even know how I survived it.
Most people wouldn’t have.
And here’s the part that shocks people:
I never asked for this fight. (I don't even like Politics.)
I didn’t wake up one day craving local political warfare.
I’d rather be sipping pina coladas on a beach in Fiji watching the sun go down.
Instead, here I am — stuck in Anderson, Madison County, Indiana — after serving this nation post-9/11, willing to die for it, willing to take a bullet for elected leaders who wouldn’t cross the street for me.
When I needed my government, they failed me.
And that was only the beginning.
My journey into the rot of local politics started the moment Hodson showed up — six months after I bought my property — suddenly claiming ownership of half an acre in December 2019.
Then in January 2020, I learned the truth:
This man once owned my property.
He slapped up a fence before selling it.
Sold it fraudulently as a full acre.
Kept the half acre he wanted.
And planned to build on it later when the Mounds Lake Reservoir project took his other land on the White River.
A lie.
A setup.
A scheme wrapped in paperwork.
And local government protected him because that’s what they do — protect their own.
Red or blue doesn't matter.
The real power is the UniParty Club, and we’re just the peasants funding their mistakes.

I truly believe that we can take back our Counties & Communities for the betterment of our future!

Madison County Election Board
& the Russ Willis Saga
WE ARE GOING TO Start with Katherine Callahan vs. Russ Willis & the Lincoln Club Complaint, about an Election Expert and botched Campaign Finance reports. Willis should have had knowledge on how to fill them out properly since he held other Candidates responsible to their CFA forms. Willis also claimed to be an expert on elections and politics in Madison County, IN.
If you read about Gabriel Whitley and Former Goshen Mayor Allan Kauffman, who both were found guilty in 2025 for fraudulent report... (Links are at the end of this article if you want to read up on the Whitley & Kauffman.)
Former Madison County GOP chair Russ Willis has done far worse! AND he got a slap on the wrist.

Only difference the MCEB:
Elected Clerk Linda Smith, Tim Lanane and Connie Gardner, accepted false finance reports!
Under oath Russ Willis testified he did not keep records greater than two years 12/18/2024…suddenly Russ Submitted 5 years of amended finance reports 01/15/2025 and the MCEB accepted them after he already testified under oath!
Willis knew Candidates were selling tickets that should have been itemized and reported.
They even Point out the Elected Assessor Larry Davis sold seats and collected money greater than $100. If I were Larry Davis, I would be fit to be tied..... This is fraud.
When the MCEB is covering for the Political Cartel, you have NO election integrity!
All 4 of them should be facing charges!
Why does the Prosecutors Office with Rodney Cummings allow this corruption????
If Russ Willis, "King" Tim Lanane, Elected Clerk "Queen" Linda Smith and Connie Gardner are correct then why are these other individuals all found guilty?!? (Whitley & Kauffman)
This should all be sent to the FBI by all of us!

Please find in this "post" a perfect example, that follows all the rules, the Madison County Election Board is trying to implement! (Photos at end of this article)
It does not matter what guideline’s the MCEB, wants to put in place if they refuse to follow the process, implement the process and then enforce the process!
Here is a newsflash, a process is already in place by Indiana Code…if there was no process, then how would any of us know, to file a complaint!
The issue is not the process…the issue is the egregious behaviors and unjustly rulings by ethically and morally bankrupt individuals!

Or the complaints that have been raised and no rulings have been decided?
The list is long and lengthy!
I also would like to know what the consequence are for this board who has ignored the process they are implementing? (No one has jurisdiction!)

They shall be kept for at least one election cycle! Yet, elected clerk "Queen" Linda Smith, Connie Gardner, and "King" Tim Lanane accepted amended financial reports from Russ Willis >4 years! 2020-2024?!?
Every one of these people should be charged with malfeasance!
This is NOT Burger King, have it your way…when it protects the Cartel while abusing the community!

Indiana Code also states complaints

The Republican Party of Madison County - NEW Chair Kelli Heuer, who was Russ Willis's sidekick for many years, picked Michelle Daniels to be on the Board in her place. Daniels is the most ineptest human being I have ever met in my entire life.
If we thought Kelli Heuer was a puppet for Russ Willis or Pete then the puppet she appointed doesn't know how to work a cell phone, but they expect us to believe she has more POWER than a sitting Judge. Let that sink in...

Meet the Madison County Election Board April 2025 to present

This is 1 of 92 Counties in the State of Indiana that the Indiana Election Division says has no jurisdiction.
In fact, the IED told me no one has jurisdiction over the Madison County Election Board past and present.
September 2025, I got someone at the State V-stop hearings with Diego Morales, to say that no one has jurisdiction over the M.C.E.B.

I personally have a problem with Election Fraud and anyone who participates with it and/or ignores it and/or by acquiesce participates with the corruption in Madison County, Indiana.
It starts at State Level and trinkles down. Whoever some of these people in decision making process are. They think that they are all above the law. AND yet, we keep proving one crime after another.
We have determined that no Governmental Agency above Madison County, Indiana or the State of Indiana, DOES NOT CARE about US!

I wouldn’t follow a single one of our current
“leaders” into a battle — not even a verbal one.
And once you dig to the root of the problem, you realize why.
Everything funnels back to who sits on the Party Club Board.
A handful of people — sometimes literally 1 to 4 individuals —
get to handpick who is allowed to run for office.
Not the voters.
Not the community.
"Them".
They choose people they like, people who won’t challenge them, people who are passive, compliant, and predictable. Puppets.
It’s not merit-based — it’s loyalty-based.
And then we, the taxpayers, end up footing the bill to send these unqualified picks to training courses they should have never needed because they shouldn’t have been in office to begin with.
Thousands of dollars in schooling later, and somehow, t
hey still can’t perform the job they campaigned for.
We pay for failure.
Get to know the HAVES and the CROWNS.
On the surface? They smile. They shake hands.
They play nice. But behind closed doors?
They protect the corrupt like it’s a family tradition.
Some of them even hide their property cards from public access.
His "spouse" just happens to be a Deputy Assessor
who sat on the MCEB for the Russ Willis hearing
about Campaign Finances. hmmmmm
That alone should make every voter raise an eyebrow.
And let’s be honest:
No elected official should be allowed to sit on the Party Club Board while simultaneously holding office.
That’s not oversight — that’s rigging the game.
That’s stacking the deck.
That’s George Orwell-level “Haves protecting their power structure.”
In Madison County, kissing the ring isn’t optional — it’s expected.
And if you don’t?
You get bullied, blocked, iced out, or ignored.
Not because you’re wrong — but because
you don’t serve their interests.
This Boards thrives on political nepotism.
Just look at who sits with who. (Culps/Gardners/Likens)
Look at who protects who.
Look at who benefits.
Nobody can convince me our system isn’t engineered
to keep the upper echelon in control.
At this point, it feels like the public is being punk’d —
or worse, gaslit — by our own local government.
And here’s the truth people don’t want to say out loud:
Once you see how the machine works,
you stop being scared of the people operating it.
Because they aren’t intimidating.
They aren’t powerful.
They’re just cowards guarding a broken system.
So yes — from where I’m standing?
The system looks rigged.
Because the people running it built it that way.
