Our Argument:

Russ Willis lied under oath 12/18/22024.

Willis claimed he kept records for

2 years (2023-2024) per state law.

Then by the next hearing on 01/15/2025,

Lanane states their findings show

records back to 2020.

Where did the 2020-2021-2022

Campaign Financial records come from?

Were they fabricated, and then Willis was given 5 more days to fix ("cook") his campaign books?!?

The kicker is that Russ Willis came up to the Podium on 01/15/2025, sworn in, and swore an oath that his testimony from 12/18/2024 was the truth,

the whole truth, so help him God.

So, if Russ Willis stated he only had records on 12/18/2024 for 2023-2024 then where did the financial records for 2020-2022 come from or were they illegally stored and forgot about?!?

Under oath Russ Willis testified he did not keep records greater than two years…suddenly Russ Submitted 5 years of amended finance reports and the MCEB accepted them after he already testified! AND adamantly gave Willis 5 more days to cure. (Complaint file AUGUST 2024 - total time given 5 months and 5 days & no notice?!?)

Russ Willis knew Candidates were selling tickets that should have been itemized and reported.

They even Point out the Elected Assessor Larry Davis sold seats and collected money greater than $100. If I were Larry Davis, I would be fit to be tied.....

This is fraud.

When the MCEB is covering for the local Political Cartel you have NO election integrity!

All 4 of them should be facing charges!
